How do I turn off the popup blocker for my browser?

My password is not working.
Passwords and User Names are case sensitive.
Be sure to use the proper case.

I lost my password.
The online training program has a password retrieval system.
See the link on the home page under the LOGIN button.

I forgot my user name AND password.
We sent a confirmation email that contains your user name. Search your email for "communitytrainingonline."
Be sure it did not go into your "junk" mail.
Email us if you cannot locate the email.

I registered for the course, but my 90 days has run out and I have not completed the course.
Contact us by email.

I'm having problems using AOL.
Some people have experienced problems using the AOL browser. You can use Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Firefox is a free program and takes 5 minutes to install, just click here!

I failed the first test and can't get the second test to register.
This is a temporary technical issue that a few people have experienced.
