We sent a confirmation email that contains your user name. Search your email for "communitytrainingonline." Email us if you cannot locate the email.

I registered for the course, but my 90 days has run out and I have not completed the course.

I'm having problems using AOL.
Some people have experienced problems using the AOL browser. You can use Internet Explorer or Firefox. Firefox is a free program and takes 5 minutes to install. You can get it here >

I failed the first test and can't get the second test to register.
This is a temporary technical issue that a few people have experienced. Email us and we will reset your registration.
