Online Training Courses - INTRODUCTION

Community Training Connection was proud to represent our students as the sponsor of AB 2675, which allows ARF and Group Home Administrators to join the RCFE administrators in the ability to take 20 of the required 40 hours online.  The governor of California signed this bill effective January 1, 2007.

There are no prerequisites!  Once you click on the link, you will be on our training page.  Our Course Catalog called Community Care Licensing will open up to reveal all of the courses which have been approved by the state.

Simply enroll in the class by providing your credit card information in our secure payment area, and you will be granted access to the class.   You will have three months access in order to complete the class if you need to stop and come back to it.  Once you have passed the test, you are not able to return to the course, so be sure to take any notes you want to take along the way!

You can work through the course at your own rate, taking time to test yourself with our interactive activities and quizzes throughout the course.

Once you have taken the test you will receive instant notification of your score.  If you pass, simply print out the evaluation and affidavit which appear immediately after the test, complete, sign and mail or fax them to Community Training Connection.  Once the evaluation and affidavit have been received, we will send you your certificate via e-mail.  (If you want the certificate faxed, be sure to let us know that on your affidavit form!)

Community Training Connection, Inc. is approved by the Board of Registered Nurses and the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

RNs, LVNs and CNAs should check the course approvals.  MFTs and LCFWs might have some of their course requirements met by our online courses, as well!

Hardware & Software Requirements

Anyone with an internet connection and a computer can take our courses. The course WILL NOT run with AOL at this time.  AOL users can download Firefox at no cost at the end of this paragraph.  A broadband connection like DSL or cable is preferred. Windows Internet Explorer 5.0 and later and Firefox 1.0 or later are known to be compatible. Firefox can be downloaded here for free.

If you have technical problems, email us for help or see the FAQ.
