Community Training Connection, Inc. offers an array of training programs to meet the needs of administrators, owners and staff of community programs that specialize in assisted living and residential care programs. We train the people who help others.

We are also one of the first companies to provide online training for administrators in California. The approved courses cover pertinent information for Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE), Adult Residential Facility (ARF) and Group Home (GH) administrators.

  • Initial and Recertification Training Solutions
    We offer the 35 hour Adult Residential Facility course and the 40 hour Residential Care for Elderly course to meet the requirements for California Community Care Licensing. CTC also provides a variety of Continuing Education courses for ARF (Adult Residential Facility), Group Home and RCFE (Residential Care for Elderly) administrators. We train nurses, social workers, and others in the helping professions.
  • Corporate Training Solutions
    Community Training Connection, Inc. will find the most efficient way to get valuable and branded training materials to staff. By using the internet and other technologies, not only do organizations save the expense of travel, but training can be done at the convenience of the employee.
  • Facility Training Solutions
    Community Training Connection, Inc. works with facilities to identify training needs, provide continuing education, conduct new staff orientation, develop training manuals, provide customized staff training and provide ongoing quality assurance compliance reviews.
