We accomplish that goal through an array of training programs to meet the needs of administrators, owners and staff at all levels.

Initial and Recertification Training Solutions

We offer the 35 hour Adult Residential Facility course and the 40 hour Residential Care for Elderly course to meet the requirements for California Community Care Licensing. CTC also provides a variety of Continuing Education courses for ARF (Adult Residential Facility), Group Home and RCFE (Residential Care for Elderly) administrators. We can train nurses, social workers, and others in the helping professions.
