Community Training Connection, Inc. offers live, classroom Continuing Education programs in Southern California areas. We were also one of the first companies to provide online training for administrators in California. The approved courses cover pertinent information for Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE), Adult Residential Facility (ARF) and Group Home (GH) administrators.

Initial and Recertification Training Solutions
We offer the 35 hour Adult Residential Facility course and the 40 hour Residential Care for Elderly course to meet the requirements for California Community Care Licensing. CTC also provides a variety of Continuing Education courses for ARF (Adult Residential Facility), Group Home and RCFE (Residential Care for Elderly) administrators. We train nurses, social workers, and others in the helping professions.
